Returns and refunds

Changing your mind

You may cancel your online purchase without giving a reason up to 14 days after the day you receive your goods.

To cancel, email hello@aandzcollectibles.co.uk or write to the address below with a clear statement of your decision. Please include your name and order number so we can identify your purchase.

Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. You are responsible for return postage when changing your mind. We recommend keeping proof of postage.

Condition of returned items

You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. Please return all included accessories and packaging, where possible, and pack items securely to protect them during transit.

We may deduct an amount for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning. Opening packaging does not automatically remove your cancellation rights.

Refunds

We will refund you without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Refunds are made to your original payment method, unless otherwise agreed, without a refund fee.

If you cancel your entire order, we also refund our least expensive standard delivery charge paid for that order. Any additional amount paid for express delivery is not refundable for a change-of-mind cancellation.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact hello@aandzcollectibles.co.uk if your goods arrive faulty, damaged or different from their description. Please provide your order number and, where possible, photographs to help us resolve the issue.

Your statutory rights apply, including the usual 30-day right to reject faulty goods for a refund and further rights after that period. We cover reasonable return postage for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
