These terms apply to consumer purchases through our website.
Products and condition
We sell Funko Pops and other collectibles. Each listing describes the product and its condition. Please check the description and any condition photographs before ordering.
Where an item is pre-owned or has known damage to the item or packaging, this will be described in the listing. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown before you complete your purchase.
Please check your items, quantities and delivery details before paying. Payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout.
Orders
Our initial order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We accept your order when we send your dispatch confirmation.
If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unavailable goods and any associated delivery charge. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.
If we discover a pricing or description error before accepting your order, we will explain it and give you the choice of proceeding with the corrected information or cancelling for a refund.
Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. Charges, dispatch arrangements and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping policy.
Any pre-order will be identified in its listing with its expected dispatch timing. We will inform you of significant delays. This does not affect your cancellation rights or rights relating to late delivery.
Goods remain our responsibility until they reach you or someone you nominate to receive them, unless you independently arrange a carrier that we have not offered.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
You can normally cancel an online purchase up to 14 days after the day you receive your goods. You then have another 14 days to send them back.
Our Return and refund policy explains how to cancel, return postage costs, refund arrangements and your rights if goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to exercise reasonable care and skill.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing limits your statutory consumer rights.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms in place when you order apply to that purchase. Changes do not retrospectively reduce your rights.
